Sorting
Each wig is made up of several hair bundles. Our sorting specialists group by color, matching subtle variations for natural dimension that lasts longer than unnatural (read: bleached) highlights.
Volume, length, texture, and color: check, check, check, and check. Every wig is individually screened for quality and approved.

Step 3:
Making the Skin
The "skin" — the scalp-like part of the wig into which wefts are sewn — is a key determinant of your wig's comfort, ease, longevity, and oh-so-natural appearance.
At Beverly, skins are made of fine silk and are sewn by hand in a process that takes over a week. Wig crafters expertly feel the curve of the skin with their hands, ensuring a beautiful fit without the uncomfortable pinching or unrealistic shape of a machine-made skin.

Assembly
Here's where it all comes together. Hair bundles are matched to skins, and technicians sew hairs together into wefts, and wefts into the skin cap.
For lace tops, the technicians sew individual hairs to the silk lace perimeter for an organic hairline. The superfine hairs used provide invisible knots and a flawless appearance.

Quality Check
Ready to go? Not quite. Each wig is washed, shampooed, and tested for a final quality check. Then, the wig is packed and distributed to Beverly wholesalers like your sheitel macher, who will cut and style the final product on your head.
